IWA Oxfordshire Branch supports Banbury Canal Partnership on two Tuesdays each month – Meet at 9am, work until approx. 1pm. Tasks to be confirmed. This is an audio track in which Jillian Moody of BBC Oxford explores the history of Tooley's boatyard and the part it played in Tom Rolt's life. Herbert Tooley painted the last part of 'Cressy' before Tom set off on his epic voyage around the canals and waterways of England. It tells the story of 'Narrow Boat' and includes an interview with Sonia Rolt. Play Audio Track
