The front of the map shows the connected UK waterway network, divided into ‘2 hour’ sections, over 450 places being shown as dots 2 hours apart. To calculate the time to cruise between any given places, just count the dots and multiply by 2 hours. Similar, smaller, maps on the reverse repeat the design, but with 6, 8 and 10 hour intervals. The unique "2 hour "format is easy to use, and times regularly checked. Recent changes have included a reduction in River Thames, and small increases in times for parts of the North Oxford and Grand Union Canals. Version 2.7 dated 2016 is now available.
