Fundraising Officer: £25k per annum (35 hours) / Chesham
Salary: £25,000 per annum (35 hour week) – 7% pension.
Hours: 35 hours per week (parent friendly/flexible)
Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
Post holder reports to: Jenny Black - Volunteers Coordinator
Post holder will also work closely with the Marketing Team.
Overall purpose of the job
We are looking for an energetic, people person, with a ‘can-do attitude’ who works well in a team.
Working alongside IWA’s small Head Office team you will be responsible for co-ordinating IWA’s fundraising activities from major Appeals and raffles to sponsored walks and other events. The role will be key in helping IWA diversify and grow our income and will also involve grant applications, the management of grant funding and assisting in the delivery of projects.
You will also provide administrative support to our fundraising activities, publicising events, handling enquiries, and promoting our work on social media.
The role is suitable for someone who has at least 2 years fundraising experience.
