IWA Great Ouse Branch is situated in the East of England. The waterways in the branch area consist of the River Cam, River Great Ouse, Great Ouse Relief Channel (new navigation), River Lark, River Little Ouse, Burwell Lode, Reach Lode, Wicken Lode, New Bedford River (100 Foot River), River Wissey.
Bedford & Milton Keynes Waterway is a new route being created to link the Grand Union Canal to the River Great Ouse.

This proposed new twenty-mile broad waterway is planned to connect the Great Ouse at Bedford to the Grand Union Canal at Milton Keynes. The canal is being promoted as the core of a linear water park for all users.
